SYNOPSIS:

When Chris Barry, a divorced actor, invites a reporter to her country home for the weekend to write a piece on her life, little does she know all hell is about to break loose. From the appearance of her brother, who is angling to set her up with the local Lord, and her interfering mother, it looks as though things could not go farther wrong.

Unfortunately some late arrivals in the form of the Lord, his mother, a pair of newlyweds who can't stand the sight of each other and Chris' ex-husband means the stage is set for a very funny comedy of manners.

The play is set in mid-1930s England.

This comedy of manners features Anita Pipperell, Angus MacGillivray, Scott Brokenshire, Heather Crawford, Emma Cook, Jabez Retallick, Myf Davis, Lorelle Pfeiffer, Daniel Stacey and Debbie Jefferies
